Staff and Doctors are straightforward and informative and also empathetic & a little humorous about the changes in our hearing as we all age. They go through the testing efficiently and offer good explanations of your hearing loss and will go over details with your specific deficiencies. Don't be afraid to ask specific questions regarding your own circumstances as they will do their best to answer. They did not go over why they recommended a specific brand (manufacturer) and model for my needs but when queried they did offer other models. Don't be afraid to ask about pricing and their opinion of the best make(s) for your specific needs ; I found the Dr's open and very willing to talk about pricing and various models to fit one's needs. Their communication and follow up is very good and their follow up appointments pricing model is very reasonable.

I couldn’t recommend Aberdeen audio more highly. They are pleasant, professional, and patient oriented. I had gotten hearing aids from another provider but the ear inserts would not stay in my ear. after another five or six visits back to the original provider I changed to Aberdeen. On the first Visit they recommended a custom fit earpiece which has worked wonders. They stay. all day They were a little more expensive than other providers Buthat small amount was more than outweighed by the efficiency and professionalism of their work.

The staff at Aberdeen is professional, answer all my questions in ways I understand and give advice on what I can do on my own to preserve my hearing. I wasn't sure what to expect as I have never been to an audiologist before and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very cordial and professional and the doctor who saw me was very, very professional. She explained all the tests and helped me through them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Received new hearing aids from Aberdeen about a year ago. Dr Kristen Sabatino has been great to work with. I was using eargo and never really had a complete test and now I can now hear pretty much the full spectrum. Dr Sabatino takes the time to personalize and adjust your hearing aids to give the best possible result.

From start to finish my experience at Aberdeen Audiology was flawless. I wanted to be seen for two reasons: I’m an avid birder and can no longer hear the high-pitched songs and calls that I used to hear easily, and I’m approaching my 80th birthday and feared that my hearing loss could affect my ability to understand conversational speech in the future. At my first appointment Dr.Craig listened to my reasons for seeking help, explained the kinds of treatments that were available, did a thorough hearing and word comprehension test, and talked to me at length about modern hearing aids. As I had expected, she recommended hearing aids that could be tuned to the results of my hearing test, so they would exactly counter the deficits in my hearing without simply amplifying everything. They would also suppress noise at the same time. My second appointment, two weeks later, was both fun and successful. I got to watch the new hearing aids being programmed/tuned, the fun part, and I learned about their upkeep and how to wear them. But most importantly, when I emerged from the building I immediately heard what I had been missing, the successful part. In the week since then I’ve had several conversations with people in loud dining rooms and one when there was lawn mowing nearby, and was surprised to find how easy it was to understand what was being said.

Received a complete audio exam that was easy and efficient. The results must have been a lot more accurate than the last exam I had because now the hearing aids work a lot better. The whole process was quick and easy. Thank you

Excellent practice! I have medically induced tinnitus as a reaction to an antibiotic. I was pleased to have someone listen and respect the information from Johns Hopkins and Georgetown University on the cause of my condition rather than assuming incorrectly it was the typical tinnitus. I was prescribed special hearing aids that produce a white noise and tell my brain to ignore the tinnitus. I also appreciate that I was not shouted at and spoken to in very simple terms as others have done when I mentioned my condition. I was shown respect for having a global consulting business and a college education. Prompt service and pleasant conversation. I highly recommend this practice.

I called to make an emergency appointment and I was promptly set up with an appointment the same. I was promptly served when I arrived at the time of my appointment. My problem was immediately fixed in a short time without charge!

Dr. Megan Gerhart was very nice, down to earth and professional. Tested my hearing and informed me that my right ear hearing had deteriorated since I last visited (in 2019 because I live alone who says the tv is too loud??). Since in the past I only wore my hearing aid aroud my British grandchildren and son-in-law(the accents are hard) but I've noticed of late that I probably need to start, so thus my visit. I highly recommend this practice.

I first visited three years ago and Dr. Brooke analyzed my hearing needs. If there was a problem with the device, she was always quick to fix it. Called last week for a repair and hearing evaluation. Cookie greeted me with a smile as always and Dr. Brooke greeted me warmly. Shelby conducted my hearing test, explaining each step of the process. Stepping out of the booth, Dr. Brooke gave me my repaired hearing aid, explaining what was wrong, and we discussed adding a device for the other ear. Great people, always professional.

Dr. Brooke J. Craig is a good audiologist and explains circumstances and options very well. She fitted me with my first pair of hearing aids for profound single sided deafness. I am a technical person, and she answered my technical questions. Dr. Craig and office staff are both efficient and friendly. Compared with having two good ears, Dr. Craig is the next best thing!

Came in to get my hearing checked at 21 years old because there is a history of genetic hearing loss in my family. Everyone was very kind and polite. I ended up having hearing loss and they recommended hearing aids. They were very patient with me. And were helpful when explaining my options. I can't say enough good things about Aberdeen Audiology. I've had various expensive hearing aids for over 20 years. Until Aberdeen they only worked so-so. I still struggled hearing everyday conversations and meetings and restaurants were awful. Aberdeen fixed all of that. I can HEAR!. They take the time and do the proper adjustments to fix an individual's hearing loss. Also I had a little problem with the venting hole on my hearing aid mold. It was a little difficult to figure out but they figured it out and I can HEAR! They are very pleasant and professional at the same time. Highly recommend.

Aberdeen Audiology is the best. I have had expensive hearing aids for over 20 years and they only helped so-so. Aberdeen fixed that. I can Hear! They recommended the correct hearing aid type for my hearing loss, got me two perfect molds and got it right. They also fixed a strange problem I was having with the venting of my of my earmolds. It was difficult to figure out but they stuck with it until it was working properly again. Professional yet very cordial. I highly recommend.

I'd been putting off getting hearing aids for years and got mine yesterday, working with Dr. Sabatino in the West Chester office. I tend to ask a lot of questions and she was very patient and knowledgeable. Also, they program the hearing aids using REM (Real Ear Measurements). Too much to explain here, so Google it. Not all audiologists use this best practice and simply rely on patient feedback, resulting in the programming being less than optimal. In fact, the other audiologist my insurance sent me to does not use REM, so that was a deciding factor in using Aberdeen. Very happy with the decision and their services.

I recently bought my first pair of hearing aids from Aberdeen Audiology. The entire process was pleasant. I am fortunate enough to have insurance and they dealt with the insurance company quickly and efficiently and answered all questions I had. I would definitely recommend Aberdeen Audiology to anyone considering hearing aides.

My wife and I first went to Aberdeen Audiology about five years ago. She has a cochlear implant, and this was the only place in the immediate vicinity that has the knowledge and technology to take care of that amazingly useful device. We have been seeing them a couple times a year ever since, recently moving to the West Chester office, which is where they handle cochlear implants now. Today I had my hearing tested by Dr. Brooke who did a good job and took a great care in explaining the results to me. (I do not yet need a hearing aid. At age 85, this made me pretty happy.)

Also, she is an excellent communicator and gentle when blading out ear wax. They have all the technology for my hearing aids, and have updated firmware. Easy parking, just superb!

I came to Aberdeen Audiology because my kids were teasing me about not be able to hear. I would tell them that it was because they mumble. This back and forth exchange went on for a few years until my friends started noticing it too. Everyone told me - Go here or there, the hearing aids are really inexpensive. Well, my sister went to a big box store for hers and is not satisfied. I knew that if I needed hearing aids, I would want the support of qualified professionals. I don't regret one second of choosing Aberdeen Audiology. Dr. Sabatino took time to explain everything and I really felt I got that one on one time I desired. Satisfied with my hearing test and discussion of the results of this test. My hearing aids were adjusted and we had a discussion about new aids which I am not financially prepared to do at this time due to another health issue with my wife. I do have a problem with the new earpieces that were put on my aids and I plan on calling your office to get them checked out and corrected. I am trying them for another day just to see if I can get use to them.

Funny thing about procrastination......those days are lost forever, and you don't exactly realize that until you've finally taken the steps to get yourself fixed. Such is the case for me and my need to fix my (denied) hearing loss. But in 2019, with Dr. Tom and Dr. Brooke, I humbled myself to let them fix me. Life, attitude, capability enhancing -- all because of hearing aids, which they patiently introduced me to and annually discuss & re-tune with me. Now, I simply look forward to my annual visits. The message: don't procrastinate or make excuses; they have the answer and the patience.

I have been having my hearing checked and my hearing aid serviced by Aberdeen for several years. They have always provided good service in a friendly atmosphere. Hearing tests are performed annually and results are compared to previous tests to identify any changes that may have occurred. Hearing aids are also regularly to verify they are still performing as required. I would recommend this service to anyone.

The Aberdeen Audiology office in West Chester, Pa. has become my primary office for help with my hearing concerns. As a hearing aid wearer for about 20 years I have experienced about 7 other audiologists offices in the area. The West Chester office is a subsidiary of Aberdeen audiology in Devon (also a great facility) but West Chester is much more convenient for me. The staff is wonderful, helpful and accommodating. I have found Dr. Brooke to be knowledgeable, disciplined in adjustments to the aids, friendly and understanding of issues. She also understand equipment which is primary in recommending a device and future care. Great office as well.

I had a problem with total access to my ear aids. I called Aberdeen Audiology and on short notice I was able to see Doc. Brooke within a couple hours. She fixed everything while showing me how to do it. Not that I am confident I can do it by myself if it happens again.
